Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframes  
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:  
- 2–3 business days for surrounding/main areas  
- 3–5 business days for outlying or remote areas  

Order Processing & Dispatch  
- Orders placed before 11:00–12:00 (midday) will be dispatched the same day  
- Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day  
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays
