For 1st Time Users: Start on 1 mg (10 IU), 3 Days later take another 1 mg (10 IU), 7 days after second dose take 2 mg (20 IU). Assess tolerance and gauge if increased dosage is required.

Optimal dosing is experienced around 3-5 mg per week or use as directed by healthcare professional.
